  • New Countdown-timer: a dynamic counter widget to track countdowns (e.g., to a deadline) or count-ups (e.g., days since the last incident)

  • Badges: Create custom badges for a preselect combination of courses; filter users by badge.

  • Course reports: New column added for user group membership.

  • Events: Filter and export registered participants by registration date.

What’s new?

  • Adaptive Focus: Set a custom focal point when uploading images to ensure optimal display across all sizes.

  • Programs: Programs now support the option to issue certificates upon completion.

  • Search Sorting: Sort search results by date or name for faster navigation.

  • Discussions

    Added support for group chats (select multiple participants).

    Participants can now leave group/private chats.

    Added ability to export chat messages to Excel.

  • AI Course Generator: Upload your documents and let AI create ready-to-use engaging microlearning courses, tutorials, or guides, complete with quizzes, visuals, and multilingual support.

  • Avatar Video: Contact your account manager to enable this feature and start creating professional videos for your courses and microlearnings with customizable avatars in your language.

Enhancements and bugfixes:

  • Courses: New option to automatically enroll participants by opening a course.

  • Video Avatar: Improved functionality and user experience.

  • Calendar: The organizer of a meeting is now clearly displayed.

  • News: Added scale and rating functionality for news articles.

  • Content Widget: Added the option to add a description text for more user context.

  • Notifications: Improved email subject lines for easier notification management.

  • Push notifications: All members can now send push notifications when starting a conversation.

  • Space banner: Added the option to show or hide the banner on subpages.

  • Forms: unanswered questions in forms are now hidden for more efficient handling of long forms.

  • Languages: Traditional Chinese / 中文 (Taiwan) added as system language.

  • Documents: fixed a bug where some participants could not download older versions of documents.

  • Support: documentation pages added in Setup.

With the release of the new functionalities, two sub-processors have been added. These sub-processors, Mistral and Heygen, process data when the AI functionalities in our product are being used. Both organisations comply with European and Singaporean privacy legislation. The new sub-processors are now also included in our Data Processing Agreement.

We’re excited to introduce new features and various improvements to enhance your experience.

What’s new?

Courses:

A new end-of-learning page now appears after completing the final step of a course. Learners can download their certificate and either close the course or continue their learning path.

Course generator: The generator can now extract images not only from PDF files, but also from PowerPoint and Word documents.

Programs:

Charts: Programs now include usage charts similar to those available in Courses.

Calendar:

A new and improved Calendar widget lets you switch between a Company Calendar, a Space Calendar, or a personal Calendar showing only the meetings of the selected member. You can also choose from list, month, week, or day views.

Meetings: Meeting organizers now receive notifications when participants accept or decline an invitation.

Teams meetings: If users log in through Single Sign-On with Active Directory, a Teams meeting can automatically be created inside a meeting. (Ask your Product Consultant for details.)

Library:

Items: Items now display their modification date.

Item logs: Creation and modification history is now visible.

Folders: Folders can now be sorted by time.

Folders: Items in folders now show the date they were last modified.

Folders: Items can now be downloaded directly from the folder view without needing to open the item first.

Forms:

Assignee: Members assigned to manage a form can now also edit it.

Handling: After handling, forms can be sent to a third party, including approval or rejection information.

Fixes and improvements

SCORM courses: Improved handling of SCORM course re-entry. Clients can disable re-entry if their SCORM package requires a status reset.

Mentions: Mentions are now clickable and open a user profile popup.

Calendar: Duration times are no longer shown in week view for improved readability.

Recurring meetings: Fixed an issue that caused incorrect time displays for certain recurring meetings.

Translations: Certain languages in Discussions were previously not translated — this is now fixed.

External links: Fixed an encoding issue affecting specific URLs.

We’re excited to introduce new features and various improvements to enhance your experience.

What’s new?

  • Categories: You can now assign colors to individual categories. This allows you to display calendar events and meetings in different colors. The color-setting option has been moved from Spaces to Categories, giving Managers greater control.

  • Categories: Option for changing categories in bulk.

  • Meetings: A more intuitive way to select and invite attendees to a meeting.

  • Timeline: File icons are now displayed before titles in timeline entries, making files easier to recognize.

Fixes and improvements

  • Courses: Fixed a problem with start buttons in course sections, which did not work in specific cases.

  • Courses: After clicking the Next button, pages now automatically scroll to the top of the new page.

  • Programs: Fixed an issue where course titles appeared as “untitled” while being rearranged within Programs.

  • Workshop: Calendar inside workshop now only shows meetings, not the workshop date itself.

  • Library: Fixed an issue where downloading images would open them in the browser instead of saving them as files.

We’re excited to introduce new features and improvements to enhance your experience.

Here’s what’s new:

📆 Introducing our brand-new Calendar feature

We are pleased to release our brand-new calendar feature.

  • Platform-wide visibility

  • Filterable day/week/month/list views

  • New meeting creation screen with smart recurrence options

  • Consolidates all workshops and meetings from both courses and spaces into one unified view, so users can easily see and manage everything in a single calendar.

  • All wrapped in an intuitive, and easy-to-use interface

This makes scheduling clearer, faster, and more collaborative.

Also, email invitations for workshops and events now come with an iCal attachment, making it easy to add them directly to your calendar app, for example, Outlook. 
 

👤 Member Search enhancements

You can now choose which filters appear on the member search page for your users. For example, you can enable users to find colleagues by department, city, or any custom field you define.

Also, some bugs will be fixed with this update.

We’re excited to introduce new features and improvements to enhance your experience.

Here’s what’s new:

🌍 Automatic translations

Let users read pages in their preferred language effortlessly with our new Translation feature. To get started, reach out to your account manager for setup details.
 

📸 Photo gallery

Showcase your images in style with our brand-new Photo Gallery option. Add a photo gallery by selecting the Gallery content type within your page. Choose the photos you want to include, and let the gallery present them beautifully. Features include thumbnail previews, a full-screen slideshow mode, and the ability to download individual images.
 

♿ Accessibility improvements

These include a new High Contrast Mode for better visibility.  Enable (or disable) it via the page footer for a more accessible viewing experience. Fonts will be enlarged and have more contrast.
 

🚨 Reporting of inappropriate content

We’re empowering users to maintain a safe environment with a new Report Content feature. Managers will be notified and can review and address the reported content.
 

📊 Enhanced Reporting

In Fellow LMS, the section, step, and question reports now allow you to include optional member fields, giving you even more flexibility and insight.

📈 Analytics

Managers can now gain valuable insights with our new Analytics feature. View detailed, easy-to-read graphs for a selected time period, showcasing key metrics like Active Members, Total Visits, Pageviews, Top Contributors and more.

👉 In addition, we did some bug fixes and improvements to the user interface.

Our recent release introduces a range of updates designed to improve accessibility. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to meeting and exceeding accessibility standards. Some of the key enhancements include: 

  • Improved Keyboard Navigation: We have refined keyboard interactions, ensuring that users can efficiently navigate all features without the need for a mouse.

  • Enhanced Screen Reader Support: We’ve made significant improvements to the way our platform interacts with screen readers.

  • Color Contrast Adjustments: Our design team has reviewed and adjusted color contrasts across the platform.

  • Form Accessibility: Forms have been updated with improved labels and error messages, making them more understandable and easier to use with assistive technologies.

These updates are part of our broader mission to create an inclusive digital experience. 

Our Goal: WCAG 2.2 Certification

Looking ahead, we are targeting full compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) by early 2025. The WCAG 2.2 guidelines provide a comprehensive framework for making web content more accessible.

We understand that accessibility is an evolving field, and we are dedicated to staying at the forefront of these changes. This new version brings the following improvements:

Rich Text Editor: The text block editor now has a more compact appearance, allowing you to focus on writing your content. Less frequently used options, such as paragraph styles, are now just one click away in overflow menus.

SCORM and LTI: Support for popular learning standards is now built right into Coursepath. Do you want to offer courses in SCORM or LTI format? Please contact us for licensing options.

Smoother HTML5 Import: You can now directly import HTML5 courses. This feature creates a straightforward course with just the imported HTML5 package. The "Start" button launches the course in a new window for an optimal full-screen learning experience.
