Filters for search & listings
Enhanced filter functionality for listings (content, members, reporting) and search results. Filters relocated to the top of the interface for improved visibility and management.
Publising states
All content types (courses, programs, news articles, pages, documents, events) now support publishing states:
Draft
Scheduled
Published
Archived
Publishing Workflow
New publishing workflow introduced for content approval. Editors/managers can approve news, pages, documents, and courses before publication. (This feature is an Add-on module, contact your Account Manager).
Editorial Calendar
New editorial calendar provides a date-based overview of scheduled and published items.
Bookmarks
Participants can bookmark content and add custom favorite links. Bookmarks are made available through a dedicated widget. (Request activation of this feature via your Product Consultant.)
Editor role
Permissions for the Editor role are refined. Editors can now add, edit, and review content. Space creation and management is now restricted to Space or Platform Managers for a clearer permission hierarchy.
Additional Enhancements
News articles can now be converted to a page.
Documents within a page now display their full name.
