We've rolled out the following fixes and improvements:

• Editor Role: Resolved platform-wide editor role restrictions. Editors can now again fully create and edit courses, spaces, and events. The limitation preventing space editing has been removed due to operational impact.

• Documents: Uploaded documents are now automatically published to ensure clarity when multiple files are uploaded. Documents are no longer included in the publishing workflow.

• Spaces: Fixed a small bug causing new spaces to incorrectly display a 'draft' status in widgets.

Publishing Workflow
New publishing workflow introduced for content approval. Editors/managers can approve news, pages, documents, and courses before publication. (This feature is an Add-on module, contact your Account Manager).

Editorial Calendar
New editorial calendar provides a date-based overview of scheduled and published items.

Bookmarks
Participants can bookmark content and add custom favorite links. Bookmarks are made available through a dedicated widget. (Request activation of this feature via your Product Consultant.)

Editor role
Permissions for the Editor role are refined. Editors can now add, edit, and review content. Space creation and management is now restricted to Space or Platform Managers for a clearer permission hierarchy.

With the release of the new functionalities, two sub-processors have been added. These sub-processors, Mistral and Heygen, process data when the AI functionalities in our product are being used. Both organisations comply with European and Singaporean privacy legislation. The new sub-processors are now also included in our Data Processing Agreement.
