We've introduced several new features designed to improve productivity, navigation, and oversight across the platform:

  • Personal Sidebar: Users can now enable and configure an optional sidebar for quick access to their most frequently used areas and tools. Especially valuable for power users who spend a significant amount of time in the platform.

  • Manager Dashboard: A new dashboard provides managers with direct access to key information, insights, and shortcuts, helping them stay on top of their responsibilities more efficiently.

  • Security Dashboard: Managers now have access to a dedicated Security Dashboard, providing greater visibility into platform security settings and helping them monitor security-related activities.

Additional Enhancements

We've also rolled out several improvements across the platform:

  • Anchors for pages & news articles: Content creators can now add anchors to pages and news articles, making it easier to link directly to specific sections within content.

  • Bookmarks: Bookmark functionality is now available as a standard feature on all platforms, enabling users to save and quickly access their favorite content.

  • Video Subtitles: Added support for video subtitles, improving accessibility and multilingual learning experiences.

  • Improved Video Avatars: Enhanced the quality and appearance of avatars within the Video Avatar tool for a more professional and engaging experience.

  • Course repeat scheduling: Courses can now be configured to automatically repeat every two years, helping organizations manage recurring certifications, compliance requirements, and refresher training.

  • YouTube consent management: Embedded YouTube videos now require user consent before loading, supporting privacy and compliance requirements.

  • Manual selection widget: Reduced the size of Space icons in the Manual Selection widget for a cleaner and more compact layout.

  • Course navigation: Course titles are now clickable, allowing participants to quickly return to the course table of contents.
