We’re excited to introduce new features and various improvements to enhance your experience.

What’s new?

Courses:

A new end-of-learning page now appears after completing the final step of a course. Learners can download their certificate and either close the course or continue their learning path.

Programs:

Charts: Programs now include usage charts similar to those available in Courses.

Calendar:

A new and improved Calendar widget lets you switch between a Company Calendar, a Space Calendar, or a personal Calendar showing only the meetings of the selected member. You can also choose from list, month, week, or day views.

Meetings: Meeting organizers now receive notifications when participants accept or decline an invitation.

Teams meetings: If users log in through Single Sign-On with Active Directory, a Teams meeting can automatically be created inside a meeting. (Ask your Product Consultant for details.)

Library:

Items: Items now display their modification date.

Item logs: Creation and modification history is now visible.

Folders: Folders can now be sorted by time.

Folders: Items in folders now show the date they were last modified.

Folders: Items can now be downloaded directly from the folder view without needing to open the item first.

Forms:

Assignee: Members assigned to manage a form can now also edit it.

Handling: After handling, forms can be sent to a third party, including approval or rejection information.

Calendar: Duration times are no longer shown in week view for improved readability.

Recurring meetings: Fixed an issue that caused incorrect time displays for certain recurring meetings.

Translations: Certain languages in Discussions were previously not translated — this is now fixed.

External links: Fixed an encoding issue affecting specific URLs.
