  • AI Course Generator: Upload your documents and let AI create ready-to-use engaging microlearning courses, tutorials, or guides, complete with quizzes, visuals, and multilingual support.

  • Avatar Video: Contact your account manager to enable this feature and start creating professional videos for your courses and microlearnings with customizable avatars in your language.

Enhancements and bugfixes:

  • Courses: New option to automatically enroll participants by opening a course.

  • Video Avatar: Improved functionality and user experience.

  • Calendar: The organizer of a meeting is now clearly displayed.

  • News: Added scale and rating functionality for news articles.

  • Content Widget: Added the option to add a description text for more user context.

  • Notifications: Improved email subject lines for easier notification management.

  • Space banner: Added the option to show or hide the banner on subpages.

  • Forms: unanswered questions in forms are now hidden for more efficient handling of long forms.

With the release of the new functionalities, two sub-processors have been added. These sub-processors, Mistral and Heygen, process data when the AI functionalities in our product are being used. Both organisations comply with European and Singaporean privacy legislation. The new sub-processors are now also included in our Data Processing Agreement.
