📆 Introducing our brand-new Calendar feature

We are pleased to release our brand-new calendar feature.

• Platform-wide visibility

• Filterable day/week/month/list views

• New meeting creation screen with smart recurrence options

• Consolidates all workshops and meetings from both courses and spaces into one unified view, so users can easily see and manage everything in a single calendar.

• All wrapped in an intuitive, and easy-to-use interface

This makes scheduling clearer, faster, and more collaborative.

Also, email invitations for workshops and events now come with an iCal attachment, making it easy to add them directly to your calendar app, for example, Outlook.

👤 Member Search enhancements

You can now choose which filters appear on the member search page for your users. For example, you can enable users to find colleagues by department, city, or any custom field you define.

Also, some bugs will be fixed with this update.

• Icon Builder: Define custom colors under "Setup > Themes."

• Notifications: Fixed broken links.

• Widgets: Added the option to include a "Load more..." button.

• Events: Added the option filter events by date (e.g., "next week").

• Timeline: Fixed loading issue for new items.

• Members: New card view on the Members page.

• The AFAS member importer now includes an option to send invitations to newly created members.

• Programs: The warning message when removing courses has been clarified.

• Courses: Deleting a course will now clean up references in programs.

• Language filter: In some cases, the language filter did not work as expected. This issue has been addressed.

• Digest email: An issue where some email clients displayed news articles twice has been fixed.

• Digest email: It is now possible to have a fixed subject for digest emails. Please contact support to set this up for you.

• An issue where deactivated members were visible in the members widget and meetings participants list has been resolved.

• Member profile: in some occasions the now obsolete “Skype” field was still visible. This has been fixed.

In the past weeks we have implemented these fixes and improvements:

• Folders: we've added the option to add rich text to description

• Payments: there's now an option to add company details to confirmation emails

• Rich Text editor: fixed a bug where in some case edited content would not be saved

• Two-factor authentication can now be enabled for users who login with username/password

• LTI 1.1 playback: fixed an issue where some lessons could not be launched

• Microsoft 365 integration: various small improvements and bugfixes

• Forms: export to PDF now includes instruction text and media

• Member profile: the "Skype" field has been removed

• The Excel export of sections results has been fixed.

• Vouchers: the number input is visible again.

Let users read pages in their preferred language effortlessly with our new Translation feature. To get started, reach out to your account manager for setup details.
 

📸 Photo gallery

Showcase your images in style with our brand-new Photo Gallery option. Add a photo gallery by selecting the Gallery content type within your page. Choose the photos you want to include, and let the gallery present them beautifully. Features include thumbnail previews, a full-screen slideshow mode, and the ability to download individual images.
 

♿ Accessibility improvements

These include a new High Contrast Mode for better visibility.  Enable (or disable) it via the page footer for a more accessible viewing experience. Fonts will be enlarged and have more contrast.
 

🚨 Reporting of inappropriate content

We’re empowering users to maintain a safe environment with a new Report Content feature. Managers will be notified and can review and address the reported content.
 

📊 Enhanced Reporting

In Fellow LMS, the section, step, and question reports now allow you to include optional member fields, giving you even more flexibility and insight.

📈 Analytics

Managers can now gain valuable insights with our new Analytics feature. View detailed, easy-to-read graphs for a selected time period, showcasing key metrics like Active Members, Total Visits, Pageviews, Top Contributors and more.

👉 In addition, we did some bug fixes and improvements to the user interface.

• We fixed a nasty bug where the time input for a meeting or event was occasionally not stored.

• Embedding YouTube videos by pasting the hyperlink is now working again.

• Page editor: Fixed a bug where, in some cases, users could not enter a space character in the inline page heading field.

• Portal page: Resolved an issue where items were invisible to anonymous visitors on public portal pages.

• Embed code: Improved support for embedding tweets from X.

• In courses, the "Continue" button now remains disabled until the learner has checked the answers to all questions.

• You can now set hints for drag-and-drop questions, just like with multiple-choice questions.

• A layout issue in notification emails has been fixed.
