We are optimizing the way learner certificates are created and stored. Previously, we created and saved both a PowerPoint and a PDF version of the certificate. As of today, we will only store the PDF version. This saves a lot of disk space, especially for those with many participants.

In the next two weeks, we will automatically remove the generated PowerPoint files that are no longer needed. During this time, you may see a temporary increase in storage space used. The reason for this is that we first need to move the PDF files to the correct location (1), before we can safely delete the obsolete PowerPoints (2).

Once everything is done, you will see the number of PDFs (1) increased, and the number of PowerPoint (2) and Derived files (3) decreased.

We have fixed two bugs:

1. Course to Word export: the images of some older courses did not get included in the document.

2. Storage Info: in some cases the info box wouldn't show the most recent information.

We resolved two issues:

• The member import feature did not import groups for newly added members.

• The category filter was gone from the member performance report page. It’s now back.

When importing members, there is the option to define the groups each user should be assigned to. This feature is also useful if you want to update many members at once. To make things even better, we now let you choose how to handle group changes:

• Assign members to the entered groups and keep the existing groups, or:

• Assign members to the entered groups and remove them from all other groups

The settings where is defined what types of conversations learners can start in a course, were incorrectly applied on the New Chat screen. This bug has been resolved.

The titles of direct conversations are now included in notifications.

• We have added an info box so you can inspect the usage of your storage capacity. Quickly see the number of uploaded files and their total size, organized by type (video, image, zip, etc). You will find this information by clicking on the storage space summary on the Setup page.

• The page <title> tag now contains the full page title (instead of the short variant).

There are now additional intervals for repeating courses: 3, 4, and 5 years.

The total number of comments in the Table of Contents of a course would not update after deleting a message. This issue has now been fixed.

We have fixed some bugs for you:

• For some users, the Notifications drop down menu would not open.

• Users who only want to receive 'direct message' notifications may not have received those notifications today.

• Replies to calendar invitations sent via email/iCal may not have been recorded correctly.
