Result Exports: the date field was shown in the wrong column

Table of Contents: the step preview picture will be automatically set when the first video, image, document or embed is added. When the content is removed, the step preview picture will also be removed.

Teachers who opened a step / submitted answers / marked steps as completed would get a permission error. This has been fixed.
